TDA Clair GmbH is a globally operating company in the event industry. We are a technical service provider in audio/lighting/video for concerts/festivals/tours. In addition to the rental of equipment, our main focus is on the planning and implementation of technical event concepts. We are now looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the field of warehouse logistics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Incoming/outgoing goods inspection with the help of our ERP program.
• Shipping preparation for outgoing goods, national and international (picking, packing, creation of shipping labels and delivery bills, documentation).
• Providing shipment tracking information and status updates to relevant parties as required.
• Receiving and issuing goods to logistics companies.
• Coordinating with carriers and other providers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Handling of Carnet ATA/customs documents.
• Collaboration and coordination with the logistics department management and warehouse management.
• Managing warehouse barcodes, stock levels and stock movements in our inventory management system. - Maintaining a clean, organized and safe warehouse.
• General warehouse activities (e.g. loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and in-house transportation of goods with conveyors).
• Delivery trips with company vehicles (up to 3.49 tons) in local traffic (no overnight stays)
