TDA Clair GmbH is a globally operating company in the event industry. We are a technical service provider in audio/lighting/video for concerts/festivals/tours. In addition to the rental of equipment, our main focus is on the planning and implementation of technical event concepts. This includes, for example, complete solutions for tours, festivals and corporate events. We are now looking for a specialist planner in the field of lighting (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of complex RF and communications systems
• Frequency coordination using intermodulation analysis software for tours and finished systems
• Designing and programming test setups and files
• Observation and testing of new developments in the market
• Antenna tuning and maintenance
• Issuing of permits (rack drawings)
• Assisting with training (RF/Comm training)
• Ordering parts for the wireless department
• Testing coaxial cables and antennas with a Vector Network Analyzer
• R&D, writing documentation and setting global standards for RF/communication equipment
• Designing packaging options for RF/comm equipment
• On-site troubleshooting

Our expectations:

• Completed vocational training
• At least 3 years of professional experience (experience in event technology desirable)
• German or English spoken and written
• Flexible, resilient and reliable personality
• High willingness to serve and excellent communication skills
• Ability to improvise and technical understanding
• FS class B advantageous
• General understanding of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Knowledge of advanced communication solutions (2-wire, 4-wire and mixed systems)
• Ability to program Motorola 2-way radios using MOTOTRBO CPS and Remote Management Software Suite
• Forklift licence an advantage
