TDA Clair GmbH is a globally operating company in the event industry. We are a technical service provider in audio/lighting/video for concerts/festivals/tours. In addition to the rental of equipment, our main focus is on the planning and implementation of technical event concepts. This includes, for example, complete solutions for tours, festivals and corporate events. We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager in the field of lighting/video/rigging (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of creative event concepts in coordination with customers and partners
- Participation in meetings and customer presentations
- Preparation of cost calculations (offers) and management of the project budget
- Planning, organization, coordination and implementation of production
- Construction schedules
- Crew and logistics planning
- Contact person for the client, trade managers, external trades, event venue and the internal project team
- Communication and coordination with external service providers, suppliers and partners
- Creation of technical drawings using CAD software
- Monitoring and checking that the event technology is delivered and installed on time
- Implementing and monitoring compliance with legal regulations and technical rules for production and assembly facilities as well as health and safety measures
- Project accounting
- Documentation and follow-up of projects, including the preparation of reports and analyses
Our expectations:
- Completed training or studies in the field of event technology
- Initial experience in project planning, ideally in the event technology field of lighting/video/rigging
- Relevant cross-discipline technical understanding
- Strong teamwork skills and a confident manner towards customers and partners
- Communicative personality with the ability to win people over and motivate them (ideally management experience)
- Knowledge and skills in the use of CAD programs (e.g. Vector-Works)
- Experience with common ERP systems
- Experience with MS Office apps
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel, initiative, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Organizational skills, structured way of working and a strong service mentality
- Class B driving license
